I think this is going to keep me busy for a while. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I knew there was a lot to do but this is a scary list. so here goes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any task listed in <span style=\"color: #339966;\">Green<\/span> is considered as completed.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Orange <\/span>is currently in progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The jobs list &#8211; external<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>full engine strip down and service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>replace cutlass bearing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">rebuild and replace thru-hull at transducer.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">replace hull through hulls.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #000000;\">service all winches<\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">service and replace where necessary, all seacocks.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>replace majority of running rigging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replace Standing Rigging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #339966;\">rewire mast. complete and mast re-stepped July 2024<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>change radar for digital one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>add windlass.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>change anchor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>build anchor bridle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #339966;\">change all external lights to LED.<\/span> Bulbs in stock but won&#8217;t be added until mast is ready to step.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>alter and rebuild solar arch. (removed as of Sept 9th 22).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">re-epoxy hull.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">strip both keels, treat and repaint, antifoul.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: #339966;\">raise base of Anchor locker to stop water build up.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>obtain and\/or fabricate new pushpit, incorporating the solar arch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>replace all fenders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>replace deck hardware on cabin top.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Jobs List &#8211; Internal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span class=\"tadv-color\">change internal lights to LED.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>full rewire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reconstruct chart table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>install new starter battery in new location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #00d084;\">change faucets at sink in galley.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #00d084;\">change faucet in heads.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #00d084;\">add pressurised water system.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>add hot water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>obtain new, larger water tank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>introduce a holding tank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>replace heads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>change battery management system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clean, strip and varnish galley area woodwork.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #fcb900;\">lift cooker to clear hull when swinging on gimbals.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #fcb900;\">create alternative battery box.
